We’re thrilled to welcome Vagabond, the roaming culinary duo led by chefs Christine Sandford and Roger Letourneau. Known for their adventurous pop-up dinners, Vagabond transforms unique spaces with thoughtfully themed menus inspired by their travels and the flavours of the land.
Your evening begins with the Cherry Chérie Manhattan, crafted with local Anohka whisky and B.C. cocktail cherries from Vagabond’s sister company, Lessig Ferments. Enjoy fireside canapés and warm beer cheese served with their signature crispy sourdough as you mingle under the open sky.
Then, settle into the main event: Chefs Christine and Roger will guide you through a beautifully curated tasting menu, paired with carefully selected low-intervention wines.
